Regulatory hosting: We assist new GPs with a quick and efficient route to providing financial services in the UK. IQ-EQ is the leading provider of institutional-focused AR services in the UK. We have helped over 500 firms provide regulated financial services including investment advice, deal sourcing, portfolio management and fund raising

Compliance consulting: IQ-EQ offers a comprehensive range of compliance consulting solutions for regulated firms, from help with initial regulatory applications and authorisations, through development of suitable policies and procedures, to quarterly reporting and ongoing compliance advice

AIFM: IQ-EQ has a total of five AIFMs across UK and European jurisdictions. IQ-EQ’s third party AIFM platform offers clients with an end-to-end solution for conducting portfolio management and risk management activities whilst also offering AIFM marketing passport into EEA countries. As part of our marketing services, IQ-EQ also supports clients in relation to pre-marketing activities, reverse solicitation and NPPR (National Private Placement Regimes)

MaxComply: IQ-EQ’s digital onboarding platform for AML/KYC of investors and investments. As well as being a differentiated part of IQ-EQ’s offering for how we carry out AML/KYC of client LPs, MaxComply is also used by IQ-EQ’s global clients as a white-labelled offering for handling of ongoing investor AML/KYC

Asset Servicing: We provide multi-jurisdictional performance and risk metric reporting and portfolio monitoring services to investors from asset managers/GPs to institutional investors, family offices and UHNW individuals or families

ESG services: We set up fund ESG policies, procedures and disclosure documentation that allows clients to articulate their fund ESG strategy and comply with applicable regulations. We can also assist our clients around data collection from their portfolio companies and internal/investor reporting (via IQ-EQ Portfolio Monitoring solutions, see below)

Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting: We provide an end-to-end multi-asset class portfolio monitoring solution for investors and portfolio managers

Data services: At IQ-EQ, we understand that data is crucial for generating alpha. Our holistic approach to data management includes data collection, aggregation, and exchange, in addition to central fund administration

Depositary services: Under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), IQ-EQ is authorised to act as an independent depositary for UK and EU alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) with funds domiciled in the UK, Luxembourg or the Netherlands. We provide our depositary services either as part of a wider suite of fund administration services, or on a standalone basis where we interface with our clients’ in-house fund administration team or existing service provider
